Hidakami Eto(Japanese Zodiac) label Junmai new sake nama arrived.

 

[Fresh] Its label of Eto “子 (mouse)”  is characteristic.

In the refreshing tastes unique to first squeezed sake, it feels moist and calm umami of rice and light acid.

Aftertaste is pleasant melting in the mouth, so it makes us feel the sake brewing like “Hidakami”.

It is also perfect to celebrate new year.
