Hakkaisan “Echigo de Sourou” Junmai Daiginjo fresh nama genshu arrived.

 

[Aromatic] This sake is released in December, once a year.

It is a seasonal fresh sake of “Hakkaisan”.

Under the technology cultivated of The Hakkai brewing, it is made carefully in the way of making that is low-temperature long-term fermentation.

Leaving mellowness unique to Junmai sake, it is a sake in pursuit of fresh and sophisticated umami.
