[Mellow] From the local sake “Akishika” which Osaka is proud of, it is a twice a year (spring and fall) limited sake.
Using high-quality sake rice, and this sake is a flavorful Junmai Ginjo.
It tastes mild umami and, it has aged.
You will want to drink it with Tetchiri and Doteyaki, and a pot dishes such as Osaka specialty harihari-nabe.
