Tôyô Bijin “ippo” Ushu-homare heat sterilization
Tôyô Bijin “ippo” Ushu-homare heat sterilization arrived.
[Aromatic] This sake is the Ushu-homare version of “ippo heat sterilization” which are brewed in The Sumikawa Sake Brewery of Yamaguchi Prefecture.
The rice-polishing ratio is 50%, so it is one of the Daiginjo standard.
It is recommended for women or people who don`t get used to drinking sake.
The sake rice named “Ushu-homare” is a hybrid between “Miyama Nishiki” and “Gyoku Ryu F10”, and it was developed by Mr. Tatsugoro Takagi of The Takagi Brewery.
Its characteristic is the sake quality with sharp kire.
