Taka Tokubetsu Junmai Hukamari arrived.

 

[Mellow] This sake is released on October 1st “the day of Japanese SAKE”, using “Yamada Nishiki”.

To become a sake which enjoy with autumn food, it uses “Yamada Nishiki” that is easy to come out umami.

It is recommended to be normal temperature for the first drink and to be nurukan after the second drink.

Please enjoy it with food which become delicious in autumn, for example a saury and mushrooms.
