Bon Junmai Ginjo Hiyaoroshi

Bon Junmai Ginjo Hiyaoroshi arrived.

 

[Mellow] Blended a Junmai Daiginjo using “Yamada Nishiki” and a Junmai Ginjo using “Gohyakumangoku”, it is a rich and full-flavored hiyaoroshi.

By having aged from severe cold winter until after the mid-summer, its tastes become mild and smooth.

In room temperature, it smells elegant and sharp taste shows the goodness of kire.

In warm temperature, smooth and deep tastes and that aftertaste soak into mind.
