Kariho “Extra goods +21” Yamahai Junmai genshu arrived.

 

[Dry] It has charged by the way of Yamahai jikomi that is a tradition of the Kariho Brewery, and it is a super dry Junmai sake.

 

Using the yeast named KSP, it was pursed the problem of compatibility of sharp taste and umami.

Its characteristic is a wide dry taste which has both deep umami and hard kire.
