Tohoku Izumi Junmai Ginjo Sankei Nishiki arrived.

 

[Fresh] This sake is a smooth autumn Hiyaoroshi using “Sankei Nishiki”.

Even while feeling aged feeling slightly, it tastes smooth and clean unique to “Sankei Nishiki”. Overall, it is well balanced.

 

“Dewa no sato” is the paternal line of “Sankei Nishiki”.

In the Nagano Prefecture, “Sankei Nishiki” had been grown as a variety that can be instead to “Miyama Nishiki”,  and it adopted as a encouraging variety from 2017.

Its characteristic is good balance and smooth with width tastes.
