Shinrai Aki-agari Yamahai Junmai Senbon Nishiki arrived.

 

[Mellow] Used “Senbon Nishiki” grown in the Hiroshima Prefecture, this sake is Aki-agari Yamahai Junmai whose label design is imaged of a rice plant.

This Aki-agari had been aged in the refrigerator after one time heat sterilization.

Its umami and richness from aging will spread slowly in the mouth.

At normal temperature is good, also at hot temperature is nice.
