Ugo no Tsuki Junmai Ginjo Senbon Nishiki arrived.

 

This sake using “Senbon Nishiki” which is a sake rice in the Hiroshima Prefecture.

Its aroma is gently sweet, but it has virile body.

Sweet and refreshing aroma reminiscent of green apples, mild umami added to fresh tastes,

and so this Junmai Ginjo is best for the autumn season.
