Hakugakusen Tokubetsu Junmai Hiyaoroshi arrived.

 

[Mellow] This autumn, Hiyaoroshi of Hakugakusen has been renewed to Tokubetsu Junmai.

Following the “sink”, its stylish label design is drawn in ginkgo color on the whole surface.

Rare to Hakugakusen, it uses “Tamasakae” grown in the Shiga Prefecture at 100%.

Aged slowly at low temperature until the autumn, giving off a good scent,

it has become a taste with elegant and deep.

It will enjoy from cold sake to warmed sake.
