Mii no Kotobuki “Coccinella” Junmai arrived.

 

[Fresh] This sake is the spin-off products of “QuadriFoglio”, and its label of a ladybird is cute.

“Coccinella” means a ladybird in Italian.

Sweet-sour juicy summery flavor is attractive.

It uses sake rice “Gin no Sato” as the same as “QuadriFoglio”, but it uses the No. 9 yeast.

So it was produced as a summer Junmai sake which matches well with food, different from the pomp of “QuadriFoglio”.
