Ju-zi Asahi Kimoto Junmai Omachi 70 13%  arrived.

 

[Mellow] Continued to challenge from 2008 brewing year, this sake is a Junmai sake made by kimoto jikomi.

Since it is kimoto, even if adding much water, it tastes mild and with body.

Softly umami unique to “Omachi” spreads in the mouth, and aftertaste has beautiful Kire.

Its tastes make dishes more attractive and delicious.

By raising the temperature, it becomes more deep taste, so that is recommend.
