To be particular about “Asahimai” grown in the Okayama Prefecture, “Taisho no Tsuru” the Ochi Sake Brewery makes sake.
Its rice-polishing ratio is 50%, and only the part of “nakadori” were bottled.
When drinking, you can feel calm and mild sweetness and umami. It`s also a limited sake.
