Tôyô Bijin “ippo” Senbon Nishiki heat sterilization arrived.

 

 

[Fresh] Newly added in the “ippo” series, this sake is a light sake using “Senbon Nishiki”.

“Senbon Nishiki” is a new original variety which trained to be suitable for the climate of Hiroshima while taking advantage of the characteristics of sake rice “Yamada Nishiki”.

Soft taste and slight ginjo-aroma.

It tastes lightest and most refresh in the “ippo” series.
