Tenmei Mizuho Kogane 86 muroka nama

Tenmei Mizuho Kogane 86 muroka nama arrived.

[Aromatic] This is a challenge sake of Tenmei. It uses “Mizuho Kogane” which is grown in Bange-cho, Aizu City and does not dare scrape rice.

Before The Great East Japan Earthquake, the utilization of  rice brand grown in the prefecture was 45% of the total, but it increased to 80% this year.

The day which the utilization of  rice brand grown in the prefecture is 100% will com with nature in any case.

To increase the power of expression and improvement the usual quality of sake toward the day,

the Tenmei Brewery challenged to brew sake using the rice which “is not polished.”

This time, the rice polishing ratio is 85%, but its ratio will be changed depends on the quality of rice.

In spite of the low polishing ratio, it expresses feeling of transparency unique to Tenmai.

Pleasant fruity aroma, its taste is good balance of sweetness and acidity, and tighten firmly finally.
