Aizu Musume Junmai Ginjo Tankan-Wataribune arrived.

 

[Mellow] This Junmai Ginjo uses a sake rice which is the paternal line of the highest grade sake rice “Yamada Nishiki”.

“Tankan-Wataribune” is the paternal line of the famous sake rice “Yamada Nishiki”.

Because it is difficult to cultivate, “Tankan-Wataribune” is regarded as a rare breed. Therefore not so many brewers use this sake rice.

Its arome is refreshing with gorgeous.

Straight into the mouth and,  even while feeling the dry and sweetness and umami of the rice, not feeling the heaviness,  it is a soft taste overall.

It is matched well with such as sashimi and fish dishes of light seasoning.
