[Mellow] This Junmai Ginjo uses a sake rice which is the maternal line of the highest grade sake rice “Yamada Nishiki”.

“Yamada-bo” is the maternal line of the famous sake rice “Yamada Nishiki”.

Mouthfeel is dry, harmonized with dries, sweetness, umami in the mouth,

in the overall dry impression, but also there is a depth taste .

It is matched with such as meat dishes of light seasoning.
