Iwaki Kotobuki “Natsu Gin” Junmai Ginjo arrived.

 

[Fresh] This sake is a summer sake of  Iwaki Kotobuki, and its characteristics are light and gentle tastes.

Reminiscent of a lemonade, sweet and sour refreshing scent.

In mouthfeel who left the freshness, soft umami and richness and also gentle sweetness are spread in the mouth.

Slightly bitter in the aftertaste is unique to “Iwaki Kotobuki” and, that produce Kire. So it is to be summery refresh tastes.
