Cho-chin “SUMMER JUN” Junmai muroka namazume arrived.
[Mellow] Relaxed umami and dry acid which are suitable for summer are attractive.
This sake is summer Junmai “SUMMER JUN” which is brewed in Cho-chin brewery of Aichi Prefecture.
Not mean there is a charge of this summer sake only, from a number of tanks which are charged of the rice-polishing ratio 60%, choose the one seemed to be best summery taste, it has been released as the “SUMMER JUN”.
Fresh taste which is slightly sparkling.
Tight Kire of a dry acid.
It is finished in the overall fresh anddry impression.
In addition, it is nice to enjoy drinking both chilled and warm.
