Yûho “Yûho`s Green” Kimoto Junmai nama arrived.
[Mellow] Using “Miyama Nishiki”, this sake is fresh summer limited Kimoto Junmai nama.
It is brewed in the “Yûho” Mioya Brewery of “the town of UFO” Hakui city, Ishikawa Prefecture.
It uses the sake rice “Miyama Nishiki” which grown with great care by “Tagiri Farm” in Iijima, Kamiina district, Nagano Prefecture.
It has a wide umami and, tastes acid fully and fresh.
Its alchole percentage is 15 degree, so you can drink in a gulping manner on a hot day.
