This is summer sake which is brewed in the “Okuharima” Shimomura Sake Brewery in Yasutomi-town, Himeji-city, Hyogo Prefecture.

Raised Nihonshudo than the popular item named “Mellow Super-dry” of the red label,  is Junmai Ginjo of summer limitation of the blue label which it finished in dry with strong sharp.

It is recommended for people who want to enjoy sake on a hot day while feeling refresh.

Many summer sake are low-alcohol or taste light, on the other hand this is a dynamic sake unique to “Okuharima”.
