[Mellow] This sake is the Kimoto Junmai which has deep body and tastes with freshness.

The Kimoto jikomi is a traditional process of making sake and this sake uses “Gohyakumangoku” grown in Fukushima prefecture.

Its deep body and exquisite peculiar taste are unique to Kimoto.
