Aizu Musume Junmai Ginjo Omachi arrived.

[Mellow] This sake which combined a soft sweetness with smooth and elegant melting in the mouth is a flagship product of “Aizu Musume”.

This is the Junmai Ginjo using “Omachi” grown in Okayama prefecture with heat sterilization 2 times.

Clean and mellow rice flavor and taste acid was each other melted well.
