Ten-On “Improved Omachi 70” kimoto Junmai genshu arrived.

It is a pasteurization version of the sake “Improved Omachi 70” which is brewed by polishing improved omachi by 70%.

In contrast to the red label of a nama genshu, it is impressed by the sharp black label.

 

Calm acidity, and deep and creamy umami of rice are very delicious.
