Kaiun Junmai Hiyaoroshi arrived.

 

[Mellow] This sake is a Hiyaoroshi of Kaiun that make me feel the passing of seasons in Japan.

The sake which were charged in winter is stored refrigerated until autumn, and after refrigerated storage, it will be released as a Hiyaoroshi in autumn.

The autumn sake has both mature rich taste and the freshness of new sake.

It tastes sweetness and umami of Yamada Nishiki.
