Tenmei “Junmai Ginjo heat sterilization” Black Tenmei arrived.

 

[Mellow] This sake is a new regular product, Junmai Ginjo, Black Tenmei using Yamada Nishiki grown in Aidu.

This time, Junmai Ginjo heat sterilization Black Tenmei is added to regular products that is orange, sky color, green, brown.

 

Using Yamada Nishiki grown in local Aidu, and used yeast is a blend of F701 and own company yeast.

Its nihonshu-do is minus degree, which has not ever to regular products released until now.

It is well balanced with umami and acid unique to Tenmei.

It is also good to warm it up.
