[Mellow] This is a Junmai sake which brewed by using “Hiroshima yume-kobo”, which improve the Association No. 9 yeast.

Ginjo-aroma is mild, acidity is modest,

refreshing dry tastes, and kire is so sharp.

It`s a just sake drunk during the meal to enhances dishes.
