Jûji Asahi “Natsu jitate” Junmai Ginjo

Jûji Asahi “Natsu jitate” Junmai Ginjo arrived.

 

[Fresh] Slim taste and beautiful acid of this sake “Natsu jitate (summer tailoring) are suitable for summer.

It uses Saka Nishiki which is grown in the Shimane Prefecture, and brew carefully.

Used yeast is the Shimane K-1 Yeast, which is familiar to the Jûji Asahi, and  it tastes elegant.

Than soon after opening, it is softer a little later, and acid is getting firmer, so it will be a summery refreshing sake.
